Consistent lattice Boltzmann model for reactive mixtures

چکیده
A new lattice Boltzmann model (LBM) for chemically reactive mixtures is presented. The approach capitalizes on the recently introduced thermodynamically consistent LBM multicomponent of ideal gases. Similar to non-reactive case, present features Stefan–Maxwell diffusion chemical species and a fully on-lattice mean-field realization momentum energy flow. Besides introducing reaction mechanism into kinetic equations species, proposed also compressible flow by using concept extended equilibrium standard in three dimensions. full thermodynamic consistency original enables us extend temperature dynamics merely including enthalpy formation addition sensible considered previously. Furthermore, we describe detail boundary conditions be used flows practical interest. validated against direct numerical simulation various burning regimes hydrogen/air mixture microchannel, two Excellent comparison these demanding benchmarks indicates that can valuable universal complex flows.
